TUESDAY, SEPT. 16, 2008

9:25 -- arrive. go to magenta room, nobody there.

9:30 -- back at my desk, discover meeting was cancelled but entourage didn't take it off my calendar. read emails (4), including feedback about the webpages so far.

9:50 -- walk out to the 60/61 lawn for the all-hands meeting. check emails the whole time.

11:45 -- back at my desk. preflight and zip files for XD and FCP stickers.

11:55 -- upload sticker files to premier press's FTP site. write email to melinda to tell her files are available and funds are approved.

12 -- send email. out of office autoreply arrives from melinda. write forwarding message to theresa wells. mason comes by to announce that the flash banner is done, so i load it up and it is perfect. i forward it as an attachment to joel and marci.

12:05 -- send message to theresa. autoreply message arrives from her. the stickers have no firm deadline so we can afford to wait till tomorrow to confirm that premier has all they need. start a list of all the signage shelly will need so i can send out requests for estimates from image media and premier. marci calls to ask why files she saves to her desktop are disappearing. i lead her through opening the webpages and flash banner in explorer.

12:30 -- verify numbers with shelly, she emails me back immediately. continue making the list.

12:35 -- marci comes over to get printouts of the webpages for marking up corrections, notes that the flash banner isn't playing all the way thru on her machine.

12:45 -- verify substrate for a banner for shelly. list finished otherwise. start estimate request emails.

1:10 -- sent message to melinda and theresa at premier. start message to geoff gillam at image media.

1:25 -- cannot find email address for geoff's replacement for his paternity leave. run searches thru entourage.

1:45 -- ask mitch, he forwards me the info.

1:50 -- finish email, send. bathroom and lunch break, hall meeting with guy about FCP and XD stickers.

2:15 -- start emailbuilder updates (9).

7:10 -- finish emailbuilders, email amber to ask her to proof them. start concepting conference signage. 1 comp made.

7:55 -- shut down computer to install new adobe, quicktime and security updates.

8:05 -- quitting for the day.
