WEDNESDAY, SEPT 24, 2008

10 -- arrive. read emails (4). reply with status report for shelly dates.

10:05 -- try to send email. entourage won't send it, mailbox is full. i try removing attachments.

10:10 -- still won't go. i delete emails that have attachments.

10:15 -- finally sends. i run down to F13 to meet with Lenore about her calendars. She tries to add pages to the printed calendars. i explain that we don't have time and she doesn't have money for that. she tries to add little pictures onto each page, we narrow it down to april, june, july, september and december. i agree to get print estimates today. debi does not attend.

10:45 -- after the meeting, i brief Debi on the decisions made. She tells me about the 2-page scope creep and 2-week deadline extension for OfficeMax. She will send out a meeting notice for me, Joel, Marci and herself.

11 -- back to cleaning out email. i go thru the past three months of email on the xerox webmail site and find that all the "removing attachments" i thought i was doing in entourage does not in fact remove anything. i go through and delete actual emails with attachments that i know i have on file (checking some as i go) or messages with a follow-up message soon after that will document when something was sent and received.

12:20 -- flow in the rest of the missing items from the partner conf program.

12:50 -- lunch.

1:05 -- back to layout of the program and fixing photos.

2:20 -- pete staugaitis stops by for a chat.

2:40 -- pete leaves. make PDF of program progress for shelly.

3 -- send PDF to shelly. mitch says there are people in room G18 so i go to the cafeteria for our staff meeting (since that's where we always go when we find out we don't get to use G18). no one in the cafeteria. hoof it back to G18 late.

3:50 -- staff meeting ends. i forward the program PDF draft to debi. bathroom break and head down to H12 for meeting about the interviewees.

4 -- staff meeting about interviewees.

4:20 -- back to my desk. Lenore is there and we go thru the image sizes i will need for her calendars.

4:30 -- back to the program.

4:50 -- debi comes by and asks me to upload the OM sitelet draft so far so we can show OM our direction so far. i upload the zip file and email the URL to debi and marci. back to the program.

6:50 -- sent pdf of progress to debi and shelly. going home.
